The Vitality Program was designed for those ready to take the leap and invest in their well-being. 6 months allows time for habit formation to take place, and space to navigate and overcome barriers that can come up along the journey. Sustainable lifestyle changes take time to create and cement into place. This program focuses on eating foods to help reduce inflammation and support balance within the body. Inflammation is the root of most imbalance and disease, by using food as medicine we can help restore energy, hormonal, endocrine, and digestive balance in the body. We will focus on what wellness looks like in your life on all levels, helping you harness your strengths to create a foundation of wellbeing to support you for the rest of your life.
Program includes-
This is an opportunity for those who would like to refine their current nutrition habits with short term support. This option includes 3, one hour consulting sessions. The first session is to create a foundation for your nutrition needs based on your lifestyle. The second session is to design meal plans and nutritional guidance. The third session includes going to a store of your choice to help you find the products that best meet your needs within your budget.
